If you buy a ticket or register for an event on our website, we will collect general personal information as well as financial information (your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, etc.). We may also ask you for additional information that pertains to that registration. We also capture information about your computer: your IP address, browser type the pages you were interested in and the date that you visited the site.

YOUR ACCOUNT

At any point in time you may access your account by logging on to the system.  You will be able to review and change your personal information in your account.

PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION

We know it is very important to protect the information you share with us. We have developed safeguards to continue to keep your information secure.  For instance, we have only authorized personnel who can take personal information.  Once taken, your credit card number is hidden from view.  Beyond that we encrypt credit card numbers as well as use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized access to your personal information.  Additionally, nonessential information is purged from our system within months of the event.

We do this so you can feel confident using our website. As much as we put safeguards in place, there is always the chance that your information will not always stay secure.  You should always take personal care of your identity.

We may be stored on servers remote from our location.

Integrated Toolbox Systems, LLC Purchase Policy

Each ticket or registration that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket or registration. Please let us know if we can improve your purchasing experience.

Payment Methods

All ticket prices, reservations and registrations for events that occur in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars.

SiteSearchllc-housing.net accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.  In some situations, we will accept checks.

The Purchase

Sportnation is the managing/promoting entity for the event you are attending.  Each event is handled independent from the other.  For some purchases Integrated Toolbox Systems, LLC may process your payment for the full amount that you owe.  In other situations, only a portion of your purchase will be processed by Sportnation.  In every instance, we will provide you detailed information about how your purchase is being made.  This information can be found in your account under Disclaimers. It can also be found on the auto email you receive from us.  If there is any question about how your purchase will be processed, please contact us.

Pricing and Availability

Sportnation does not set seating or ticket prices.  Prices are determined by the Event Holder.  Tickets for events are often sold at multiple locations including the Sportnation Office.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive confirmation of your purchase it is your responsibility to notify Sportnation of the error or problem you experienced.

Order Processing Fees

Transactions made through Sportnation are often subject to an event fee and non-refundable per order processing fee. In many cases, delivery prices will also be owed.

Pricing and Other Errors

If the price of the ticket on the Sportnation site is listed incorrectly, either by human error or other, Sportnation reserves the right to take back those purchased tickets.  New tickets at correct pricing will be offered.

Refunds and Exchanges

Hotel policies for your event are handled on an event-by-event basis.

Before purchasing tickets or registering for an event, carefully review your selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, prohibit Sportnation from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact Sportnation to seek a refund or exchange and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a chargeback from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the this site. Should you do so, your tickets or registration may be cancelled, and Sportnation may choose to not honor any account transactions present or future associated with the credit card number or holder.

Billing Information Verification

Orders are processed with the billing address given to us.  At times we receive incorrect credit card account information or billing information.  In this case, we will attempt to contact you by email. If your account is not updated in the time allowed, then Sportnation may cancel your order and resell the ticket/registration without further notice.

Ticket Delivery

The method of ticketing depends entirely on the event holder.  Each event will specify the method or choice of method of ticket delivery. In the case of E-tickets, the ticket holder must possess a copy of the E-ticket at the venue along with valid identification.

Venue Restrictions:

Limitation of Liability

You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket or registration is issued, whether before, during or after play or performance, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against Sportnation on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.

You Are Subject to Search

You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, bundles and containers.

License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value

Event Providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event Provider rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket or registration is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket’s face amount or registration fee. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.

Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets; Commercial Purposes

Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.
